The British Council, on behalf of the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC), will host the third annual global conference for Commonwealth Scholars and Alumni, Interchange 23.

The conference will take place from 13 – 17 February 2023 and address the theme Clean Energy, Air and Oceans.
