DESCRIPTION:The Commonwealth Secretariat will be hosting a film screening and panel discussion on the role of health and education in Empowering Girls and Women and Eliminating Violence\, within a multi-sector context.  \nThe event is the start of the 16 days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence to mark the ‘International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women’ and\, is part of the wider work of The Commonwealth Secretariat on combatting and prevention of violence. \nThe event will be followed by a networking opportunity with light lunch and refreshments.
