Aims and objectives:

To sponsor girls of ability through secondary school where, without assistance, they would be unable or unlikely to continue schooling; to give them a sense of their own value and worth; to enable them to act as ambassadors for female education within their own communities.

Main activities:

Fundraising events including the 10 km London Run, the Commonwealth Annual Fair in London and Splendours of the Commonwealth, an annual fund-raising event celebrating global fashion and entertainment in the lead up to London Fashion Week.

Advocacy work on gender and education through presentations at meetings with other organisations in education, gender and development; monitoring and evaluation of girls in Commonwealth countries; and annual reports and newsletters.
